Kallia Real Estate, a pioneering company from Singapore, was founded to address pressing societal challenges through reimagining spaces we live in. Their vision is to lead the real estate industry towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and forward-thinking future to compansate world's evolving demographics, toxic environments, climate change, and the need for community-driven spaces.. The challenge presented to us was twofold: Kallia desired to maintain their existing logo while simultaneously undergoing a complete visual repositioning. Thus, our task was to build a new visual language effectively updating and modernizing their brand identity.

To reflect Kallia’s mission and vision, our design studio embarked on a journey to revamp their visual identity. We began by redefining their color palette, transitioning from soft pastels to bold, earthy tones that exude confidence and innovation. Alongside this, we developed a set of graphic elements that narrate the story of Kallia’s commitment to wellness, sustainability, and multi-generational living. These elements serve as visual anchors, guiding audiences towards a deeper understanding of the brand’s ethos.
In reshaping Kallia’s visual narrative, our team directed a new series of photos that encapsulate the essence of Kallia’s mission: vibrant, natural, and community-oriented. These curated images depict a diverse range of individuals and spaces, showcasing Kallia as a catalyst for change in the real estate landscape.
As part of the holistic branding process, we undertook the challenge of designing Kallia’s website from the ground up. Leveraging the new visual language and storytelling elements, we crafted a digital experience that immerses users in Kallia’s world. Through motion graphics and interactive moments, we aimed to position Kallia as a leader of the industry, setting a new standard for modern real estate websites.
By infusing sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity into every aspect of their brand, Kallia emerges as a beacon of change in the real estate industry.
